One team, one program
Internal refurbs go wrong when trades trip over each other. We sequence the works properly — strip out, first fix, plaster, second fix, finishes — and keep one site supervisor on the job so nothing falls through the gaps.

Full interior refurbishments — kitchens, bathrooms, replastering and finishes.
